Today, “Android Go (Oreo edition)” is being built obtainable for android device manufacturers and developers. That doesn’t mean it’s available to end users yet — but most probably that’ll happen very soon.
The idea behind Android Go (Oreo Edition) is a very simple or probably say basic one. It’s a build of Android Oreo that is designed to run better on phones with either 512MB or 1GB of RAM. By comparison, Infinix Hot with 1GB Ram, unlike most flagships that have 4GB of RAM, while the iPhone X has 3GB and the Galaxy Note 8 has a massive 6GB.
Go edition is not meant to be a “derive” of Android Oreo so much as a version that a manufacturer can just set by ticking [...]
